 Have you ever wondered what 100 calories of different nuts look like? Have you also wanted to have an existential crisis while finding out? You've come to the right place!

Jokes aside—you'll most likely be as stunned as we were when we found out how few nuts it takes to hit that 100 calorie mark. Before this sends you into a panic, let's talk about why nuts are so high in calories and why that's not such a bad thing.

Nuts are full of healthy fats like omega-3 fatty acids (walnuts) which keep you fuller longer and thiamin (macadamia nuts and pecans) which boosts your metabolism. Almonds = 13

Pecans= 10

Cashews = 10

Peanuts = 16.66

Walnuts = 7.69 (halves)

Macadamia = 6

Pistachio = 25

Sunflower Seeds = 18 (grams)
